Sun attraction — phototropism simulation
Plants probe 18 angles for sun-aligned open sky and lean to grow there; conifers cast shadow polygons. Cursor is the sun.
How it works
Three conifers cast triangular shadow polygons; ~24–35 plants grow between them.
Each plant tip probes 18 angles across the upper hemisphere — score = sun-alignment × ray reaches open sky. Plants in shadow lean sideways around the trunk instead of growing pointlessly into the dark side.
Sun arcs across the sky (or follows the cursor). Click on open ground seeds a new plant (cap 120).
